A charging cable for the Mercedes-Benz EQC 400 4MATIC, the only EQC sold in Britain, built from September 2019 to 2023 with 80 kWh usable. It charges through a Type 2 inlet, so the lead is a Type 2 to Type 2. The maximum AC rate depends on build date: cars made up to November 2020 have a 7.4 kW single phase onboard charger, and cars made from November 2020 have an 11 kW three phase unit fitted as standard. A UK home supply is single phase, so the car draws at most 7.4 kW at a house and the 32A single phase cable delivers that in full, whichever charger is fitted. Lengths are 5 and 10 metres, with 15 and 20 metres in the 32A single phase cable. Built to IEC 62196-2 and CE certified, IP55 sealed, rated from -30C to +50C, or +60C for the 3-pin.
