Nissan Leaf Charging Cable
Quick recommendation
An AC charging cable for the Nissan Leaf. Cars from 2018 on use a Type 2 inlet and take the Type 2 to Type 2 cable, covering the 40 kWh Leaf and 62 kWh Leaf e+ built to 2024 and the 75 kWh Leaf from 2026; the 2011 to 2017 first generation uses a Type 1 inlet and takes the Type 1 to Type 2 cable. A Type 2 to 3-Pin cable is stocked as a backup lead. The 2026 Leaf accepts up to 11kW on three phase and 7.4kW on single phase, while the 40 kWh and 62 kWh cars accept 6.6kW single phase, or 3.6kW on Visia and Acenta cars without the optional charger. A UK home supply is single phase, so a car draws at most 7.4kW at home, and the 32A single phase cable delivers that in full. Lengths are 5, 10, 15 and 20 metres. Built to IEC 62196-2 and CE certified, IP55 sealed, rated from -30C to +50C, or +60C for the 3-pin. Two year manufacturer's warranty and same-day dispatch on working-day orders placed before 2pm.
