Both charge through a Type 2 inlet, so the lead is a Type 2 to Type 2. The maximum AC rate is 7 kW on each of them, single phase. A UK home supply is single phase, so the car draws at most 7.4 kW there, the Evoque accepts 7 kW of it, and the 32A single phase cable delivers that in full for a charge of about 2 hours from empty.
